We usually provide a proof for an order of 1 poster within 5 business days

Orders of 2-5 posters, 5 to 7 business days for proof(s)

Orders of 6-10 posters- 8-10 business days for proof(s)

Please contact us for orders of more than 10 posters.

Rush jobs (minimum 2 business days) are 50% more. Please contact us for availability.

* Your order may be delayed if there are problems with your order. Turnaround is occasionally longer if we are closed and may also be longer during the holiday season and other high volume periods. We normally give advance notice to regular clients if we are going to be closed for more than 2 business days.

What do prices include?

All poster prices include design, minor color correcting, a jpeg proof, one minor change and file uploading. Changes to text, new photos, or cutting a new photo is NOT included. These prices are for non commercial use only (ie, for youth sports- not professional sports or mass production).

Can I add additional photos?

Yes. Extra non cut out photos are $5 each, extra cut out photos are $10 each. We cannot add extra photos to the filmstrips.

Do you offer group discounts?

The following criteria must be met for a 15% design discount on groups:

When and how do I pay?

You will be sent an invoice when your order is completed. Invoices are payable by check. Regular clients are put on a monthly billing schedule. If you are ordering prints, we require you to pay upfront.

Can I get samples of your posters?

Please contact us for information on downloading printable samples.

What else should I know?

Please remember that the posters are only as good as the photos you or your customers choose! We retain the right to refuse your order if the photos are not of high enough quality. We might also suggest a poster with less images or a smaller size. This will always be discussed first. Please use good judgement; if there are no good photos of your customer's child, suggest that they order a poster after the next game or take shots in the studio.
